Administration fee – 1 individual £225 + Vat (£270)
2 individuals – jointly £275 + Vat (£330)
Additional individuals at an extra £90 + Vat (£108) per person

References

Prior to the commencement of a tenancy references will be sought which include a credit check, employment, bank and landlord references, where applicable.  The cost of this is included in the administration fee (as stated above).

 
On commencement

First Month’s Rent plus a deposit which is equivalent to one and a half months’ rent.  An extra deposit may be required if permission to keep a pet at the property is granted.  All funds must be ‘cleared’. Deposits will be held and registered under the DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme).

Lease Agreement

Our Short Assured Tenancies are usually for 12 months, although a longer or shorter term can be sought in advance (subject to the Landlord’s agreement)
